Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Duba’ah bint Zubair (may Allah be pleased with her) that once she slaughtered a goat at her home, so the Prophet (ﷺ) sent a message to her, saying: “Let us also have something to eat from your goat.” She said to the messenger, “By Allah! Now only the neck is left with us, and I feel shy to send just that to the Prophet (ﷺ).” The messenger went back and informed the Prophet (ﷺ) of this. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Go to her and tell her to send the neck; it is a good part of the goat, close to goodness and far from impurity.”
