Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) that once Duba’ah bint Zubair bin Abdul Muttalib came to the Prophet (ﷺ). She was ill. The Prophet (ﷺ) asked her: “Will you not travel with us on this journey?” The Prophet (ﷺ) intended the Farewell Pilgrimage (Hajjatul Wada’). She submitted: O Messenger of Allah! I am ill, and I fear that my illness may prevent me (from completing the rites). The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “You should enter into the state of Ihram for Hajj, and make this intention: O Allah! The place where You stop me, that will be the place where my Ihram is released.”
