Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ الْمُنْذِرِ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، قَالَتْ: " نَحَرْنَا فِي عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَسًا، فَأَكَلْنَا مِنْهُ " (٤)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Asma that during the Prophetic era, we once slaughtered a horse and also ate it.
