حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ الْفَضْلِ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَتْ: " صَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي بَيْتِهِ مُتَوَشِّحًا فِي ثَوْبِ الْمَغْرِبِ، فَقَرَأَ الْمُرْسَلَاتِ، مَا صَلَّى صَلَاةً بَعْدَهَا حَتَّى قُبِضَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " (٢)، ،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Umm al-Fadl that once the Prophet (ﷺ) led us in Maghrib prayer in his house, wrapped in a cloth, and in it he recited Surah Mursalat. After that, the Prophet (ﷺ) was not able to lead any prayer until he passed away.
