حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ نَافِعًا، مَوْلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ، يَقُولُ: حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَعْبَدٍ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، حَدَّثَ أَنَّ مَيْمُونَةَ، زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَتْ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " صَلَاةٌ فِي مَسْجِدِي هَذَا أَفْضَلُ مِنْ أَلْفِ صَلَاةٍ فِيمَا سِوَاهُ إِلَّا مَسْجِدَ الْكَعْبَةِ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Maymunah that I heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) say: One prayer in the Prophet's Mosque is superior to a thousand prayers in all other mosques except Masjid al-Haram.
