حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، وَعَائِشَةَ، زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: أَنَّهُ " كَانَ يُدْرِكُهُ الْفَجْرُ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ مِنْ أَهْلِهِ، ثُمَّ يَغْتَسِلُ وَيَصُومُ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha and Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with them) that sometimes the Prophet (ﷺ) would be in a state of janabah in the morning without having seen a dream, by his own choice, and he would complete his fast.
