English translation
It is narrated from Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that once Umm Sulaim presented herself in the court of the Messenger and said, "O Messenger of Allah! Allah does not shy away from the truth, please tell me, if a woman experiences a wet dream, is ghusl (ritual bath) obligatory upon her as well?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied, "Yes, if she sees water (i.e., discharge)."
