وَجَدْتُ فِي كِتَابِ أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا عَامِرُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي هِشَامٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا سَتَرَتْ عَلَى بَابِهَا دُرْنُوكًا فِيهِ خَيْلٌ أُولَاتُ (٣) أَجْنِحَةٍ، " فَقَدِمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ سَفَرٍ، فَأَمَرَهَا فَنَزَعَتْهُ " (٤)، ، °
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once the Prophet (ﷺ) returned from a journey and saw that I had hung a curtain on the door of the house, on which there was a picture of a winged horse. The Prophet (ﷺ) ordered it to be taken down, so she took it down.
