Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، قَالَ شُعْبَةُ: عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَدَّهُ (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنه) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
"The one who takes back his gift is like the one who takes back his vomit.” Qatadah said: As far as I know, vomit is haram.
