حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ (٤) مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: " لَقَدْ تُوُفِّيَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ ابْنُ رَسُولِ اللهِ وَهُوَ ابْنُ ثَمَانِيَةَ عَشَرَ شَهْرًا فَلَمْ يُصَلِّ عَلَيْهِ " (٥)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the son of the Prophet (ﷺ), Ibrahim (peace be upon him), passed away at the age of eighteen months, but the Prophet (ﷺ) did not lead his funeral prayer.
