حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ، عَنِ النَّخَعِيِّ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ: كَانَتْ يَدُ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْيُمْنَى لِطُهُورِهِ وَلِطَعَامِهِ، وَكَانَتِ الْيُسْرَى لِخَلَائِهِ، وَمَا كَانَ مِنْ أَذًى (٣)، ،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the right hand of the Prophet (ﷺ) was for eating and for remembrance of Allah, and the left hand was for other tasks. The previous hadith is also narrated through this second chain of transmission.
