Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that if anyone showed disrespect towards the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), he would never take revenge on that person. However, if the sanctities of Allah were violated, he would take revenge for the sake of Allah. And whenever two options were presented before the Prophet (peace be upon him), and one of them was easier, the Prophet (peace be upon him) would choose the easier one, unless it was a sin, because if it was a sin, the Prophet (peace be upon him) would keep himself farther from it than anyone else.
