حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ، قَالَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَخِي ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَائِشَةَ، زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ كُلُّهُنَّ فَاسِقٌ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحَرَمِ الْغُرَابُ، وَالْحَيَّةُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ "، (٢) وَفِي كِتَابِ يَعْقُوبَ فِي مَوْضِعٍ آخَرَ مَكَانَ الْحَيَّةِ، الْفَأْرَةُ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "There are five creatures among the 'fawasiq' that may be killed in the Haram: the scorpion, the mouse, the kite, the rabid dog, and the crow."
