حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ بْنُ صَمْعَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَتْنِي أُمِّي، قَالَتْ: سَمِعْتُ عَائِشَةَ، تَقُولُ: " كَانَ نَبِيُّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَنْهَى عَنِ الْوَاشِمَةِ، وَالْوَاصِلَةِ، وَالْمُتَوَاصِلَةِ، وَالنَّامِصَةِ، وَالْمُتَنَمِّصَةِ " (١)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade rubbing and scrubbing the face, tattooing and getting tattooed, joining hair and getting hair joined.
