حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عُرْوَةَ، وَالْقَاسِمَ، يُخْبِرَانِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: " طَيَّبْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِيَدَيَّ بِذَرِيرَةٍ لِحَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ لِلْحِلِّ وَالْإِحْرَامِ: حِينَ أَحْرَمَ، وَحِينَ رَمَى جَمْرَةَ (١) الْعَقَبَةِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Umm al-Mu'mineen Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that on the occasion of the Farewell Pilgrimage, I applied "Dhareerah" perfume with my own hands to the Ihram of the Prophet (ﷺ) while he was entering into Ihram, and after becoming halal (lawful) before the Tawaf al-Ziyarah, I also applied perfume.
