حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ خَيْثَمَةَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ: إِنِّي لَأَعْلَمُ كَيْفَ كَانَتْ تَلْبِيَةُ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثُمَّ سَمِعْتُهَا لَبَّتْ: " لَبَّيْكَ اللهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ، لَبَّيْكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ لَبَّيْكَ، إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ وَالنِّعْمَةَ لَكَ " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says that I know best how the Prophet (ﷺ) used to recite the Talbiyah. Then she repeated the words of the Talbiyah: "Labbayk, labbayka Allahumma labbayk, labbayka la sharika laka labbayk, innal-hamda wan-ni‘mata laka."
