Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to perform four rak'ahs before Zuhr and two rak'ahs before Fajr, and he used to say: "How excellent are these two surahs: 'Say: O disbelievers' and 'Say: He is Allah, the One'," which the Prophet (ﷺ) used to recite in the two rak'ahs before Fajr.
