Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once the Prophet (ﷺ) left the house in the middle of the night and began to pray in the mosque. People gathered and joined the Prophet (ﷺ) in prayer. On the next night, more people gathered than before. The same happened on the third day. On the fourth day, so many people gathered that there was no room left for anyone else to enter the mosque, but that day the Prophet (ﷺ) remained seated at home and did not come out, until I heard some people saying, "Prayer, prayer," but the Prophet (ﷺ) did not come out. Then, when he led the Fajr prayer, after completing the prayer he stood among the people, testified to the Oneness of Allah and the Messengership, and after saying "Amma ba'd" said: "Your condition tonight was not hidden from me, but I feared that this prayer might become obligatory upon you and then you would be unable to perform it." The previous hadith is also narrated through this second chain.
