Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " حَكَّ مِنَ الْقِبْلَةِ مُخَاطًا، أَوْ بُصَاقًا أَوْ نُخَامَةً " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (ﷺ) rubbed the spit into the soil in the mosque.
