Translation

English translation

Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) once learned that some people say that a dog, a donkey, and a woman passing in front of a praying person break his prayer. She said, "I think these people have equated us with dogs and donkeys. Sometimes the Prophet (ﷺ) would pray at night, and I would be lying between him and the Qiblah like a bier. If I needed something, I would slip away towards the foot of the bed, because I did not like to pass in front of him." The previous hadith is also narrated through this second chain.
