Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، " أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَسْجُدَ عَلَى سَبْعَةٍ، وَلا أَكُفَّ شَعَرًا، وَلا ثَوْبًا " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنه) said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) cursed women who visit graves and those who set up places of worship and lamps over them.
