Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ، وَابْنِ عَطَاءٍ، أَنَّهُمَا سَمِعَا عَطَاءً، يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، تَزَوَّجَ مَيْمُونَةَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas (ﷺ) that
He came to the Prophet (ﷺ) when he was praying: I stood on his left, and he took hold of me and made me stand on his right.
