Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ " إِنَّ أَصْحَابَ هَذِهِ الصُّوَرِ، ، يُعَذَّبُونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ "، وَيُقَالُ لَهُمْ: " أَحْيُوا مَا خَلَقْتُمْ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Those who make pictures will be subjected to punishment on the Day of Resurrection, and it will be said to them, "Give life to what you have created."
