حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ ذَرِيحٍ، عَنِ الْبَهِيِّ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ أُسَامَةَ بْنَ زَيْدٍ، عَثَرَ بِأُسْكُفَّةِ - أَوْ عَتَبَةِ - الْبَابِ، فَشُجَّ فِي جَبْهَتِهِ، فَقَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَمِيطِي عَنْهُ - أَوْ نَحِّي عَنْهُ - الْأَذَى قَالَتْ: فَتَقَذَّرْتُهُ، (٣) قَالَتْ: فَجَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ، يَمُصُّهُ ثُمَّ يَمُجُّهُ، وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: لَوْ كَانَ أُسَامَةُ جَارِيَةً لَكَسَوْتُهُ، وَحَلَّيْتُهُ حَتَّى أُنْفِقَهُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once Usama bin Zaid stumbled and fell at the doorstep and started bleeding. The Prophet (ﷺ) said to me, "Clean his impurity." I did not like that task, so the Prophet (ﷺ) himself began to suck it and said, "If it were a girl, I would have adorned her with beautiful jewelry and fine clothes."
