حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْقُدُّوسِ بْنُ بَكْرِ بْنِ خُنَيْسٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يُؤْتَى بِالصِّبْيَانِ فَيُحَنِّكُهُمْ وَيُبَرِّكُ عَلَيْهِمْ، فَبَالَ فِي حِجْرِهِ صَبِيٌّ، فَدَعَا بِمَاءٍ، فَأَتْبَعَ الْبَوْلَ الْمَاءَ " (١)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that people used to bring their children to the Prophet (ﷺ), and the Prophet (ﷺ) would pray for them. Once, a child was brought and he urinated on the Prophet (ﷺ). The Prophet (ﷺ) called for water and poured it over the affected area.
