حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ مَخْلَدِ بْنِ خُفَافِ بْنِ إِيمَاءَ بْنِ رَحَضَةَ الْغِفَارِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: قَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " أَنَّ خَرَاجَ الْعَبْدِ بِضَمَانِهِ " (٢)، قَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ: وَكَانَ اخْتَصَمُوا فِي عَبْدٍ اشْتَرَاهُ رَجُلٌ فَوَجَدَ بِهِ عَيْبًا، وَقَدْ اسْتَغَلَّهُ، فَقَالَ عُرْوَةُ: عَنْ عَائِشَةَ: " قَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ خَرَاجَ الْعَبْدِ بِضَمَانِهِ "،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: The profit of earnings is associated with the liability of guarantee.
