قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ وَرْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ حُوسِبَ هَلَكَ "، قَالَتْ: قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَلَيْسَ يَقُولُ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ {فَسَوْفَ يُحَاسَبُ حِسَابًا يَسِيرًا} [الانشقاق: ٨] ؟ قَالَ: " يَا عَائِشَةُ ذَاكَ الْعَرْضُ مَنْ نُوقِشَ الْحِسَابَ فَقَدْ هَلَكَ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: On the Day of Resurrection, whoever is called to account will be punished. I said: Did Allah Almighty not say, "Soon an easy account will be taken"? The Prophet (ﷺ) said: That will not be an account, that will be a mere presentation. And whoever is questioned in detail about the reckoning on the Day of Resurrection will be seized by punishment.
