Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ " يُوتِرُ بِخَمْسِ رَكَعَاتٍ، لَا يَجْلِسُ إِلَّا فِي آخِرِهِنَّ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (ﷺ) would perform witr on the fifth pair during the night and would sit at the very end.
