حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، وَابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، قَالَ ابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ سَمِعْتُ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " خَمْسٌ يَقْتُلُهُنَّ الْمُحْرِمُ: الْحَيَّةُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْغُرَابُ الْأَبْقَعُ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْكَلْبُ " قَالَ ابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ: " يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ "، (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "There are five creatures among the 'fawasiq' that may be killed in the Haram: the scorpion, the mouse, the kite, the rabid dog, and the crow." The previous hadith is also narrated through this second chain.
