حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْقَاسِمَ، أَوْ حَدَّثَنِي عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثًا، فَتَزَوَّجَهَا آخَرُ فَطَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمَسَّهَا، فَسُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: أَتَحِلُّ لِلْأَوَّلِ؟ فَقَالَ: " لَا حَتَّى يَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَتَهَا كَمَا ذَاقَ الْأَوَّلُ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once the following question was presented to the Prophet (ﷺ): A man divorced his wife, she married another man, that man was alone with her but divorced her before consummation—will she become lawful for her first husband? The Prophet (ﷺ) said: She will not be lawful for the first man until the second husband tastes her honey and she tastes his honey.
