حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، وَمُحَمَّدٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ سَمِعْتُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " كَانَ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَنَامَ أَوْ يَأْكُلَ وَهُوَ، ، جُنُبٌ، تَوَضَّأَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Prophet (ﷺ) wanted to sleep or eat in a state requiring ghusl, he would perform ablution as for prayer.
