حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ - قَالَ يَحْيَى: أَمْلَاهُ عَلَيَّ هِشَامٌ - قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي: قَالَ أَخْبَرَتْنِي عَائِشَةُ قَالَتْ: خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُوَافِينَ، ، لِهِلَالِ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يُهِلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ، فَلْيُهِلَّ، وَمَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يُهِلَّ بِحَجَّةٍ، فَلْيُهِلَّ، فَلَوْلَا أَنِّي أَهْدَيْتُ أَهْلَلْتُ بِعُمْرَةٍ، قَالَتْ: فَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِحَجَّةٍ وَكُنْتُ مِمَّنْ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ فَحِضْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَدْخُلَ مَكَّةَ فَأَدْرَكَنِي يَوْمُ عَرَفَةَ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ فَشَكَوْتُ ذَلِكَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ دَعِي عُمْرَتَكِ وَانْقُضِي رَأْسَكِ وَامْتَشِطِي وَأَهِلِّي بِالْحَجِّ فَفَعَلْتُ فَلَمَّا كَانَتْ لَيْلَةُ الْحَصْبَةِ أَرْسَلَ مَعِي عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ إِلَى التَّنْعِيمِ، فَأَرْدَفَهَا فَأَهَلَّتْ بِعُمْرَةٍ مَكَانَ عُمْرَتِهَا، فَقَضَى الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ حَجَّهَا وَعُمْرَتَهَا، وَلَمْ يَكُنْ فِي شَيْءٍ مِنْ ذَلِكَ هَدْيٌ وَلَا صَوْمٌ وَلَا صَدَقَةٌ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that on the occasion of the Farewell Pilgrimage, we set out with the Prophet (ﷺ). I put on the Ihram for Umrah, and I did not have a sacrificial animal with me. The Prophet (ﷺ) announced that whoever has a sacrificial animal with him should combine the Ihram of Hajj with his Umrah and open both Ihrams together. I was menstruating, so on the night of Arafah I said, "O Messenger of Allah! I had put on the Ihram for Umrah, what should I do now for Hajj?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Undo your hair and comb it, and leave the Umrah and perform Hajj." When I completed the Hajj, the Prophet (ﷺ) ordered Abdur Rahman, so he took me to Taneem and had me perform Umrah in place of the first Umrah.
