Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that sometimes the Prophet (ﷺ) would fast so continuously that we would say, "Now the Prophet (ﷺ) will keep fasting continuously," and sometimes he would leave off fasting to the extent that we would say, "Now the Prophet (ﷺ) will keep leaving off fasting." And the Prophet (ﷺ) would recite Surah Bani Isra'il and Surah Az-Zumar every night.
