حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، وَحَجَّاجٌ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ - قَالَ ابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ: ابْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ - عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا سَأَلَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَتْ: إِنَّ لِي جَارَيْنِ، فَإِلَى أَيِّهِمَا أُهْدِي؟ قَالَ: " أَقْرَبِهِمَا (٢) مِنْكِ بَابًا " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that she asked the Prophet (ﷺ): "If I have two neighbors, to whom should I send a gift?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "To the one whose door is closer to you."
