حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، وَحَجَّاجٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْقَاسِمَ، يُحَدِّثُ: عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: كَانَ لَهَا ثَوْبٌ فِيهِ تَصَاوِيرُ مَمْدُودًا (١) إِلَى سَهْوَةٍ، وَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي إِلَيْهِ، (٢) فَقَالَ: " أَخِّرِيهِ عَنِّي " قَالَتْ: فَأَخَّرْتُهُ، فَجَعَلْتُهُ وَسَائِدَ (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once I hung a curtain on the door of my house which had some pictures on it. When the Prophet (ﷺ) came to my house and saw it, the color of his blessed face changed, and he said, "Remove it." So I removed it from there and made cushions out of it.
