حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَمِعَ صَوْتَ أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ وَهُوَ، ، يَقْرَأُ، فَقَالَ: " لَقَدْ أُوتِيَ أَبُو مُوسَى مِنْ مَزَامِيرِ آلِ دَاوُدَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once the Prophet (ﷺ) heard the recitation of Abu Musa Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him), so he said: He has been given a portion of the melodious voice of the family of Dawood.
