حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَخِي ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ كُلُّهُنَّ فَاسِقٌ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحِلِّ (٤) وَالْحَرَمِ: الْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ،، ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْغُرَابُ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ (١) ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "There are five creatures among the 'fawasiq' that may be killed in the Haram: the scorpion, the mouse, the kite, the rabid dog, and the crow."
