Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when ghusl (ritual bath) became obligatory upon the Prophet (ﷺ), a vessel of water would be placed for him, and he would first wash both his hands before putting them into the vessel. Then, inserting his right hand into the vessel, he would pour water over his left hand and wash his private parts. Then he would rinse his mouth three times and put water into his nose, then wash his face and both arms, then pour water over his head three times with handfuls, and then perform the bath.
