حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، مَرَّةً أُخْرَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهُ سُرِقَ ثَوْبٌ لَهَا، فَدَعَتْ عَلَى صَاحِبِهَا، فَقَالَ: " لَا تُسَبِّخِي عَنْهُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once a thief stole something in her house, and she cursed him. The Prophet (ﷺ) said to her: Do not make his sin seem light.
