English translation
It is narrated from Umm al-Mu'mineen Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that Umm Habibah bint Jahsh, who was married to Abdur Rahman bin Awf (may Allah be pleased with him), suffered from continuous bleeding (istihada) for seven years. She complained about this illness to the Prophet (ﷺ), so the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "This is not the blood of the regular (menstrual) days, rather it is blood from a vein. Therefore, when the regular days come, leave the prayer, and when they end, perform ghusl and then offer prayer." Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says that after that, she used to perform ghusl for every prayer and would sit in the tub of her sister Zainab bint Jahsh (may Allah be pleased with her), so that the redness of the blood would overpower the color of the water.
