Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ،، ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ عَلِيًّا، قَالَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فِي ابْنَةِ حَمْزَةَ: وَذَكَرَ مِنْ جَمَالِهَا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِنَّهَا ابْنَةُ أَخِي مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ "، ثُمَّ قَالَ نَبِيُّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ حَرَّمَ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ مَا حَرَّمَ مِنَ النَّسَبِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated from Muhammad that Ibn 'Abbas - Ibn ‘Awn said:
I think he attributed it to the Prophet (ﷺ) - instructed a caller to call out on a rainy day: “Pray where you are (where your mounts or tents are).”
