Original Arabic
قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ، وَمَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: " أَشْهَدُ أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَأْتِ فِي يَوْمِي قَطُّ إِلَّا صَلَّى بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha that whenever the Prophet (peace be upon him) came to me on any day, he would definitely perform two rak'ahs after Asr.
