Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ قَرْمٍ، عَنْ الْأَشْعَثِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ حَبَّةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَائِشَةَ، تَقُولُ: " نَهَانَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ نَنْتَبِذَ فِي الدُّبَّاءِ، وَالْحَنْتَمِ، وَالْمُزَفَّتِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade us from using vessels called muzaffat, dubba, and hantam.
