Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Aisha that once a large number of Bedouins from Arabia came to the service of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and surrounded him. The Muhajireen stood up and began to make way for the Prophet (peace be upon him), and in this way, the Prophet (peace be upon him) was able to reach the threshold of Aisha's house. The Bedouins also came close to the Prophet (peace be upon him). The Prophet (peace be upon him) handed his cloak to them and quickly moved towards the threshold and entered the house, and said, "May Allah's curse be upon them." Aisha submitted, "O Messenger of Allah! These people are ruined." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "O daughter of Abu Bakr! Never. I have made a condition with my Lord—which cannot be violated—that I am also a human being and I am troubled by the things by which common people are troubled. Now, if any sentence escapes my mouth for a Muslim, let it become an atonement for that person."
