حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ حَزْمٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا تُقْطَعُ الْيَدُ إِلَّا فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا "، (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha that the Prophet (peace be upon him) would cut off the hand of the thief who stole a quarter dinar or more. In our copy, only the word "haddathana" is written here.
