حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: قِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، مَاتَتْ فُلَانَةُ وَاسْتَرَاحَتْ، فَغَضِبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَقَالَ: " إِنَّمَا يَسْتَرِيحُ مَنْ، ، غُفِرَ لَهُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha that once a person said, "O Messenger of Allah! Such-and-such woman has passed away and she has attained comfort." The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied with displeasure, "True comfort is only for the one who is forgiven."
