حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ يَزِيدَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ: " مَا شَبِعَ آلُ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ خُبْزِ شَعِيرٍ، ، يَوْمَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْنِ، حَتَّى قُبِضَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the family of the Prophet (ﷺ) never ate their fill of wheat bread for two consecutive days, until he departed from this world.
