حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَمَّا يَقْتُلُ الْمُحْرِمُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ، قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ: أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ، زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ كُلُّهُنَّ فَاسِقٌ، يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحَرَمِ: الْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْحُدَيَّا، وَالْغُرَابُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Five things are among the "fawasiq" which may be killed in the Haram: the scorpion, the kite, the mouse, the rabid dog, and the crow.
