حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُبَارَكُ، عَنْ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيِّ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ بَابَنُوسَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فِي الرَّجُلِ يُبَاشِرُ امْرَأَتَهُ، وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَ لَهُ: " مَا فَوْقَ الْإِزَارِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that a person asked the Prophet (ﷺ) about a man who touches his wife's body with his own during her menstrual period, so what is the ruling? The Prophet (ﷺ) said that he may benefit from her body above the area where the waist-wrapper is tied.
