Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that a woman used to come to her who was famous for enduring hardship and exertion in acts of worship. When she mentioned her to the Prophet (ﷺ), the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Stop, and take upon yourselves only those deeds which you are able to do. By Allah, Allah does not tire, but you will tire. The most beloved deed to Allah is that which is done consistently, even if it is little."
